Jillian Lenae Carew serves as the Manager of Targeted Student Support, at Noble Schools. She is an advocate of living a life of freedom and liberation, Jillian’s passion began with ensuring every child has access to a quality education and will end with creating equity for all.   

Jillian taught at the elementary and high school level before becoming a Dean, AP and eventually Principal. During her tenure, she secured more than a half million dollars in grants to personalize learning for young people and dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by creating a pathway to college for all. After spending more than a decade teaching and leading across the PreK-18 spectrum, Jillian launched a consulting firm – InnerG Unlmtd, LLC.  As an InnerG curator, she helps people and teams cultivate their InnerGreatness through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and motivational speaking.   

Jillian holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University, Master of Arts in Teaching, Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Nevada Las-Vegas, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, minor in Mathematics from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign, and Certificate, Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
