Dr. Tracy Joshua

Dr. Tracy Joshua is the Vice President, External Supply Chain Operations at Kellanova (formerly the Kellogg Company). She is also a member of the North American Supply Chain Leadership Team. Before External Supply Chain, Tracy led Indirect Procurement. During her tenure and leadership at Kellogg and subsequent Kellanova. 

Prior to joining Kellogg, as a transformation leader, Tracy served in public service as the Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer for Detroit Public Schools (DPS) where she led and implemented turnaround strategies. She was a key member of the Detroit Turnaround team, credited with removing DPS from high-risk status by the US Government and the State of Michigan. 

Dr. Joshua is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business – Supply Chain Management and a Master of Arts in Education and Labor Relations as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Global Supply Chain from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, she holds a Doctor of Management - Executive Leadership from Walsh College. 

Tracy is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Thunderbird International School of Management and Harvard University.  

Tracy is active and passionate about service to the community. Tracy is a past recipient of the prestigious K Values award for her internal and external Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts. She is also an alumnus of the W K Kellogg Community Leadership Network. 

 In addition, she serves on the Kellogg 25 Year Fund Board, Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) and Hot Bread Kitchen. In 2021, she was appointed to the Michigan Women’s Commission by Governor Gretchen Whitmer and in 2024 she was reappointed to serve. 

Tracy is action-oriented and has been known for her transformational and collaborative leadership style that drives positive change and unprecedented results with a “people first” inclusive and belonging culture.
