Dr. Kathy Kennedy is a distinguished educator, researcher, and national consultant dedicated to delivering high-impact training and professional development for educators and business professionals. She is President of KLK Educational Services, Inc. 

With extensive experience in educational leadership, Dr. Kennedy has served as a teacher, a school principal of a National Blue Ribbon School, executive director overseeing 54 elementary schools, and Associate Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for Pre-K–12 education. She is highly regarded for her expertise in building team-based organizations, literacy practices based on Science of Reading and fostering instructional excellence at all levels. 

Dr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Concord University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and a Doctor of Education from Wingate University.
